ONT has a red alarm light, orange data light, green power light and PON alarma off while the router has a green power light and a flashing red Broadband light. In my experience the tech will resolve about 95% of trouble with 5% chance that another tech will be needed likely on a different (future) day. Second question is the service light of the residential gateway (PACE 5268AC) is on now, even when the internet and TV are working.
Is there a recommended depth the optical cable should be burried in a residential yard? I understand it should not cause any harm like electrical wires but when when you bury a cable at such a shallow depth across the yard there is a very high chance of it getting damanged, for example when some one aerates the yard.
